There was a scientist
By birth a human being.
Who joined for research
Quite by chance.
Our landlords of science
Ensured
Now he sat in the US.
Later,
Green card and retirement.
He turned backwards.
And naturally so,
Now the mafia gave him
An advanced centre
for science,
Amongst the landlords.
Having learnt
The rules of our science,
He became
Yet another ,
Zamindar in our place.
A pity -
For science?

It is not very difficult to learn the language of zamindars to cope with them (personality ethics), with still having ingenuinity left in you (character ethics)
same philosophy - v hav to go in their ways to systematically get rid of them.
and ofcourse,
